The majority of VT’s business is made up of high-value, long-duration contracts. Even our smaller contracts generally involve a considerable degree of resource, time and cost management.

In addition, a lot of what we do is finely tailored to our individual clients. No two projects are the same – most are completely new concepts. Our project management skills ensure we can minimize risk whilst delivering what the customer needs.

Examples

• With the BBC, VT has helped to create a global satellite distribution system that distributes programmes to 1,200 partners in 150 countries.
• The contract to manage the Metropolitan Police vehicle fleet requires VT to maintain vehicle requirements across 246 individual police stations across the UK’s capital city.
• In Lewisham, VT and its partner Costain are creating new schools, many of which are located within the grounds of the exisiting schools. A great deal of planning is required to ensure disruptions are minimised and a smooth transfer to the new facilities.
