In schools and colleges

We specialise in delivering one-to-one advice and guidance in a variety of settings to accommodate the differing needs and challenges of every young person. Supporting the provision of information, advice and guidance, we work closely with our partners to help teenagers access all the support they need to fully reap the benefits of learning.

The next steps in training and employment

Working closely with organisations and employers in the local community allows us to offer many ways to ensure success and actively reduce the number of young people aged 16-18 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

Through our understanding of their needs and a creative approach to solving practical problems, we are able to place young people directly into training or work and improve their chances of a smoother transition into adult and working life.

Empowering teachers

A more diverse and vocational curriculum and the personalisation agenda have resulted in a rising demand for skilled and effective Personal Advisers. Our commitment to meeting this challenge is supported by our nationally regarded training programme for Personal Advisers.
