Vocational training

We deliver learning programmes to over 18,000 learners nationwide and work with over 6,000 commercial employers. Through high quality delivery of training, and working in partnership with learners, employers, government and industry bodies, we aim to improve the work skills of young people and adults throughout the UK.

We have been delivering work-based learning since the introduction of NVQs in 1983. VT is the leading training provider of government-funded and commercial learning programmes in the UK. We offer a broad range of qualifications, including apprenticeships, advanced apprenticeships, NVQs, skills for life, technical certificates and bespoke courses.

VT offers apprenticeships and qualifications across many areas, including Automotive, Engineering, Leisure, Customer Services, Retail, Leisure, Management and Health & Social care.

Military training

VT offers bespoke training solutions for the MoD, applying our extensive knowledge and experience in training to deliver integrated solutions. As well as delivering training and associated support to all three services, we are able to offer the same facilities and instruction to other organisations.

VT provides Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for teachers and education practitioners in Surrey. Through CPD online VT offers a vast range of training and development opportunities for schools’ workforces.
