consider all aspects of the projects we manage including: statutory
regulations and client requirements, future maintenance, health and
safety, environment and sustainability, disability, ease and safety
of construction, and cost and value for money.
The effectiveness of our processes and procedures, and the
expertise of our people, has been developed and proven over many
years. Our contracts are consistently handed over on time and on
budget.
Saving money and improving service delivery
When faced with a requirement to reduce annual expenditure on
the Ministry of Defence estate our project teams developed a set of
alternative investment strategies allowing overall expenditure to
be reduced while maintaining critical outputs at military
establishments. These measures, whilst reducing overall
expenditure, allowed all core activities to continue to be
delivered, including keeping 15 RAF and RNAS flying stations fully
operational.
Through the consolidation of services and contractual
arrangements at the centre of procurement for the Ministry of
Defence, our integrated management team has delivered savings of
12.5%, while improving service delivery standards and making
significant reductions in the Ministry of Defence's environmental
impact.
